TRAINING SERVICES
The Willowheart team provides a broad spectrum of instruction and training program development services to government, military, law enforcement, and commercial customers. Our internal and external network of instructional cadre, professional curriculum developers, and digital training designers are the components of Willowheart’s project integrated approach for delivering training solutions for meeting any and all training requirements.
Willowheart’s instructional system design approach is based on the five paragraph framework of ADDIE: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. We deliver training in world-class fixed training facilities, through Mobile Training Teams, and via the internet/digital media. We develop training that can be college accredited through relationships with various universities.
Our capabilities span the development and/or delivery of a single course of instruction to the planning, establishment and staffing of a complete training academy. Willowheart’s President, is a former federal trainer for the Department of Energy and holds a degree in Work Force Education and Development. He ensures that all training is designed, developed, and delivered to effectively transfer the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities that will ensure every employee can effectively perform assigned job tasks in a manner keeping with all stakeholder expectations.
